Just a quick note of another concern: A lower bounty for x minutes after a death will effect the end game base attacks (with infernal for example) a lot.

In total, it may change the base attacks a bit, but shouldn't have a significant impact on game length or game result.

It's not about suicide attacks shortening the game, it is about constant suicide attacks for 10 minutes to end the game. i.e. use troops, jump in, use spells, die. Respawn and repeat with very low bounty. Repeat until hq is dead. Noone wants that.
