even if it is like raptor said(and the most is true =)) i dont kick players just because of their stats.
I look after they died a few times which are the stats of the enemy and ask him if he wants to change or anything like that.
But the most player doesnt speak to team just dying again and again and i dont like it when enemys are overpowered cause i have a really noobie noob in my team...
