Reason: ruined both games by playing tinker and explosives because he was in the same team with me and I made him lose the last 5 games (his exact words). 
I don't know that far back but I remember that the last game I was in the opposite team and he indeed lost but not because of me but because of the entire team (that is the purpose of the game right!?). 
The second to last game we were in the same team and we won so he is clearly lying in regards to reasons for doing what he did. He most probably hates me because I always tell him off when he plays mid and steals all the creep (ulty on creep, plays airship with repair and module and drones (and lr) so he can go past the enemy's CP and creep there without having to heal very often).
Now to get back to the two games I post the ban request for: as soon as the first game started he said that he plays tinker+explosives because of me. He used it to kill opponents but also used it on creeps and for team-killing me in both games. In the second game is more obvious but in the first game you can also see it sometime after minute 20. I know for a fact that second or third time when he killed me was minute 25. Immediately after that he came back chasing to kill me again. I was playing demolisher with mines at that time so as he passed over my mines I exploded them and team-killed him so he cannot team-kill me. This happened only once, and I did it to defend myself from being killed again.
He also called me son of a bitch repeatedly and as I ignored him at first, he kept going, asking me why am I silent 'son of a bitch'.
All other players in both teams dreaded him for what he did and clearly and repeatedly stated that he will destroy every game in which he is in the same team with me.
I am pretty sure that he is strolch and 100% sure that he also has an account called llllll or something similar which he played earlier on today when he was kicked during countdown because of high ping.
Oh and before I forget (just so you know what to watch for in the replays) the account I played with lately because Jojoy is banned for weeks now is "what".
Thanks and hope you can do something about this. Is an IP ban possible and if it is is it warranted here?
Thanks and I appologise for the block of text but I just wanted to convey the bigger picture.      

Not going to state reasons , i wil see if we can get a i.p ban might need esvau to do something about that.

Just as I said in the previous ban request, he is strolch (aka pwd). Confirmation of this is in the first 2 minutes of the game when I spoke to him and he admitted being strolch.  
If you're still looking into an IP address ban it might be worthwhile checking if a MAC address ban is possible as he actually mentioned that he can use an IP changer to still be able to avoid IP ban (dunno if an IP changer would help him though but just to make sure).

Reason: He is strolch aka pwd, llllll. Told him not to creep my lane when he was coming to "help me" without me even pinging. Said I failed my lane and and flamed me all game. Team wanted to giveup after losing all CPs. After 3 minutes I was the last one to giveup when he revoked and tried a few times to kick me.
After that game in the lobby said he does not care if he gets ban again and next game he was in opposite team and said that next game in my team he will do the exploader again and ruin my game.
He also send me private messages during this next game calling me asshole and taunting me until i squelched him. I posted some print screens with chat in the lobby and in the next game so you can see.
