Note: This game was very very bad, a lot of players broke rules and don't deserve to be banned (UnifiedDoom: Flaming, Tecpibur: Denial of Playing)

Reason: I have played 3 times with this guy, each time he is abusive, flaming, trying to kick and attempting to sabotage teamwork or refusing to play. This is a good example.

0:15 Bought smoke generator instead of hull while he gave freekills his opponents at having stats 0:8.
0:17 We lost bottom lane ( he was already 1:13 in stats ) .
0:27 We lost top lane .
0:30 Have a look on a pink's inventory 1k hp and no guns neither hull .
0:43 Again we lost 2 cp's ( he still keep having only 2,5k hp until the end of the game ) .
