The tips given in the game should be writen in English. The whole game is in English, so I see no reason for writing it in (in the moment bad) german.

The language depends on the version of Warcraft you are using. If you are using the german version all tips are german, in any other case, they are english.

right, german for germans... bad german? well, that might depend on the fact that i tried to put the tips in one line, so they had to be really short^^
