When to put troop command center?
In some games i've seen putting them inmediatly after a base factory is destroyed
In others, i never seen a troop command being built.

Troop command center or factories?
Troop command center is stronger if your team already controls more cps, and especially if there is an empty side lane to attack with troop command-mortars. Also it becomes more powerful if the player number decreases, because then mortar+sniper combos might get to the enemy buildings without being noticed.

nice. now i've seen in some videos people putting it as a mean of "recovering" lost factories in their base. So i started wondering if it is correct buying thhem in such situations or better buy weapons.
