Bug in new version - EarthR - 2013-01-31

around 1 hour mark suddenly all players started to experience Lagg/Delay/spikes. Which lasted till the end of the game. Because of which teal dced
Bugs:
1) None of us could port from base->cp or from cp-->cp so we had to walk to the enemy base. same applied to enemy team also
2) Orange could port from enemy base to mid cp with Goliath for some reason Oo
hope the replay helps exodus with solving this issue
