Steel hull->Pack->invincible shield
Gold Hull->Power pack. [Stop !]
We need an invincible shield combo for Gold Hull also.
Like "Gold Invincible Shield", that would would bring us perhaps 1 second extra invincibility, as compared to the Steel-hull-based invincible shield.
And to compensate for this extra second -- it could have slightly longer cooldown time.
Because this item would be based on Power Pack, an 11,000 gold item, the final costs could be as high as 17-18k, almost as much as buying Titan.

I don't like to homogenize items, so I'd rather have the power pack path be a viable alternative to the invincibility (which it is not currently).
My favourite solution would be to disable all weapons while the negator is active, but increase the invincibility time slightly. It would still be viable if you use it well to dodge damage spells or for staling time if you are cought/defend the cp, but the power pack would be better for straight engagements.
