[8.80c] Raider Ulti cooldown bug on tp breaker - AeroniumX - 2015-08-22
I'm not sure this is a known bug, but I mention it here.
When a raider is being dislocated by an enemy teleport breaker, the cooldown isn't triggered most of the times after the spell expires. You can use Hit & Run as soon the spell expires. The raider can use ulti immediately after hit & run period after being caught by enemy tp breakers.
