May because you have a crack in the game? or a hacked version? You must have the original game and nobody must be logged in the battle.net with the same game (same CD).

I doesnt matter if its the same CD, you just need a unique CD-Key, which you entered at the installation of warcraft.

When you really want us to help you, post the exact error message you get, otherwise its quite difficult to help.
