Well I don't believe Exodus has wasted any time making HB better. If everyone seems to think that this one game mode has to have a disclaimer, I simply feel that you should put a disclaimer on Custom Mode, because then ALL extra options have been taken care of. Why label this one currently, only to have another need it later. Personally I think writing the disclaimer, while trivial, is a waste of time. If you want to, at least stick it in the proper place.
