problems with that:
is that if you add another active ability to tanks you could be making it actually too dificult to play well even for pros. sometimes i'm using 4 items at once plus hull dropping and even with my hotkey editor it's tough. couple that with the fact that i need to keep an constant eye on the minimap and enemy tank items and sometimes i screw up, if i don't play every day then i guarantee you i'll screw it up a lot! alos, adding another custom ability to each tank might increase load time or slow down. i dont' know though i'm really am no expert in that
tp breakers are a very powerful counter to a lot of things. so if you increase the ease of using them than in my opinion you need to take something away from that person that gets them. right now the trade off is that it costs you an item slot and that they are consumable, meaning that you must keep buying them if you run out if you want to keep using them. so combining tp with tp breaker placement in the same pack would be pretty imba and such an item would probably need to cost a lot of gold, like maybe around 20k.
i think if a 3rd end game pack was added in addition to the already existing ult and power pack that might be nice option. it could also give the ability to give damage reduction as well which sort of is in the same theme as tp breaker. or maybe making it a pack that is viable in the end game and also has radar and hp regen so that you could get it and a hunter pack instead of an ult pack all the time. i'm not too sure if that would work though.
