Why not limit the amount of gold that can be send (let's say 100 * weapon upgrade level) and limit the number of times it can be used PER TEAM (like -kick and -giveup) for a limited period?

Should prove to be easy to code, and ramps up effectively. And it could allow some to send that "300 GOLD for laser" wheiners always ask about...
