Cloud to balance air tank/ground

Just an idea is a tornado demage ground and air tanks and pull them util it desapears. The lightning could demage all tanks and stun them for 5 sec but it recharges mana and for thunder tank - recharges the cooldown of all his magics or just doesn't stun and demage him. And fog - it appears somewhere in the map and where it is on the minimap is enabled fog of war there. And I disagree to be put in normal BT so this could be like a mod type - weather in the first 2 min of the game and the weather effects are turned on
