Blizzard change some internal map function which caused many maps not to work anymore.
Ony way to deal with that problem would be making a fresh installation to have an unpatched copy of wc3 (you can copy the whole wc3 directory and run wc3 from there)
edit: If i remember it right some 5.xx Version are still working
