Weakness of the league system

Here are a few things i don't like about the league maybe we can find ways to resolve it

:Most people who tinker die +5 times b4 reaching hull or tank enabling tinker sucks in ways
:People bombing base (there own)
:Not having a safelist
:Playing in a team with 4 down-loaders
:Excessive unreasonable vote kicking
:Because sometimes games take forever to start at times people become afk and leave there computers and the game starts i think in the league games there should be a 1 min permanent pause to give people people a chance
:When the official league starts if your ranked high the bot will shuffle to even teams with your stats taken into account people with high ranks or high skilled can come on an unknown account and ruin the shuffle thing because the bot will not have your stats but you can make the game really unbalanced

Theres more problems probably but im only saying to this to try the league and make it better maybe some of you don't think its a problem i do plz reply and comment on solutions and other problems maybe move this topic if needed.

i like the effort map makers and other beta and dev team are doing to make the map better and league !!
