Tank Cannon Guard

I get Guard on 15th minute and i have 2-3 weapons and hull/speed pack
But still he has 2-3 weapons which are not bad

Impossible in 3k gold games with 2-3 ~2k+ weapons and hull or upgraded speed (i guess you mean that, as speed pack is 6k). For every other weapon combination the tank cannon nearly doubles the damage at least, so it does not provide valid arguements against tank cannon.

if you creep enogh its no problem.
with bow and "fast tank" i get the thunder in 4-7 mins... or the enemys feed you enough to get it fast

4 Minutes is obviously impossible in 3k gold games, 7 minutes is impossible against reasonable opponents as well.
