New kicking system

You're welcome to suggest a concrete system. I wonder do people even know how the current system is working?

You can only start a kick vote for a player of your team and only your team is able to vote for the kick. Kick is usable in every mode again. To be able to kick, you have reach a certain threshold. For now, this value is 50. Every vote is worth 10 points, so normally you can't kick. There are several factors of the target player of the vote, which influence this vote:

• each kill: -1.25
  
• each death: +2
  
• each minute afk: +8
  
• each gametime minute -0.50

If there happen to be less players in one team, each vote is worth more points, so they still reach 40 points when everyone votes for the kick. Also, there is no '-no' vote anymore.
