New kicking system

The problem is: The kick-system works both for league and for qualify-game. In qualify-game I dont give a shit. But in league, that destroys the game and it happens (when I was active) very often. And league is just a "how big is your e-penis (ELO)"-game. And if I want wo have a big penis, then I want to get him in a fair way and not with feeders/totally noobs which have 10 games and destroy every 2nd game.
