there are many facts to consider, e.g.:
# how many games did the player do until now?
if he's dying pretty often or doesn't have the necessary know-how he might just be new to ranked league games. you can't simply compare the quality of the gameplay of qualify games with ranked games.
# what are the stats for the player like?
way too high duration for being afk in total or i too high ratio in kills/deaths might add to the whole decision.
# how did his gameplay/misbehaviour develop?
had he been provoked to misbehave, e.g. bad economy after randomly having the team wanting him to be kicked or him insulting players after offended himself
# how did the owner of the replay/requesting player behave ingame?
did the requesting player provide enough chances for the requested player to act differently, e.g. changing lanes, getting hull, ..
there are even more facts to consider, but as a whole we always try to give players another chance playing bt with their prefered account with a slight difference in opinion within the league admins.
i, myself, tolerate some flaming as a whole, as you always have the ingame option to ignore/squelsh him. getting my approval would need him to insult other players, sabotaging the team, (not playing while not) being afk (without notice, for more than 60s) and/or not showing any signs of teamplay.
but even if some player may get my disapproval for the ban request, it may add to the decision next time, so he better not get reported in here often. i also like to users behave while writing a request. using any strange kind of speech, not providing all informations or getting off topic will most likely affect my decision.
! By the way, do you ban based on playername or based on WC3 key?
it's just way easier to ban the playername, moreover the player would need to create a new account and would have to gain access to the ranked bot again. we only tend to block by IP adress in some extreme cases, as there might come up some problems by doing so for other players as well.
