How do I check myself with bl

I only use northrend sharing group list and a another one. Even people which I never seen before is able to see that im banned.

Edit_

I only have Approved Bans Northrend and Northrend Sharing Group lists (2). Somehow phycho was able to show me a lot of info, but I don't know which list he used.
