would it be possible to remake burst a bit?
There's a huge difference between upped deflective, where no cd is rly imba, and upped burst.
I mean how much dmg can 1 projectile or skill have? Not that much. Especially that before u get hit by skill in many situation u already got hit by waepon and burst is cd'ing.
Maybe make it block all dmg during 0.5s every X seconds. Than it may be comparable with deflective.
