Hi eJay What was the name of the game you were trying to join.You are probably trying to join ranked games that requires you to play 25 qualifying first i suggest you play qualify till your competent to play in ranked.

You can add btl-qualify to your friends list and join or simply go BTanks.net on the left hand side you see the name of the join the qualify games.
