Hi guys how about introducing a  draw command  that can be used in the first 0-10 minutes of a game when a player leaves or disconnects he still receives penalty but the game can be drawn for others  with maybe a 70% majority or something just played a few games with leavers at start and its not fun.
Cat power < needs to be implemented into btSmile
