Dist = Distance between the triggering unit and the mine
Rng = the maximum range of the mine (in this case its 600)
Dmg = the mine damage, depends on the mine and attack upgrades
It does basically mean that full damage is dealt within half the range (300), after that the damage slowly goes down to 25% of the maximum. So at 301 range its just slightly lower than the full damage.
