1. I apologize for flaming. i suppose i should have read the rules on that. SORRY, my bad.
2. I apologize again for getting my facts wrong. I didn't get the range right on the tornado. I thought it was lower. It's range being what it is though is still great, It means it's attack matches up better with the light tank's cannon than i thought. I believe it's just a little under the L.T.'s cannon range. I always get the cannon ability leveled up for my first ability to increase my kill chances. (After level 1 I let the swarm rockets take precedence though)
3. Even if you did see fido1 going multiple basic magics it doesn't make it a good strat. I've picked up 5 fireballs and a speed boost to pawn noobs in a lightning tank before too. It doesn't mean it would work vs another non-noob though. I'm telling you: i've played a lot of top league players and they don't try that crap on me. The last guy to beat me 1vs1 did it much later. I poned him a few times easily at first with a fireball and had many close chances. However, he'd gotten a tornado which i'd never gotten before and he was able to hold his own till later when he got the upper hand. The next game i played picked up a tornado, saw that it had a much higher attack damage per hit and less range than my fireball did and I never looked back since. What i was already doing well with a fireball i can now do even better with a tornado.
4. I should note that the possibility of having a teamate pick up a sold basic magic now does make it a more attractive choice. Since the addition of the junkyard now you're supposed to get some extra money back if some one else does buy it from the junkyard. Maybe with that in mind the basic magics could be usable. I'm pretty sure some teams could work out a great strat that invovles one guy buying basic magics now. In a pug game that's not going to be possible all the time though.
5. So even though my advice wasn't technically accurate, my spelling sucks, and so does my grammar I'm still confident it was great advice. If you're smart you'll use it!
