I suggest to implement new Item for Tanks :

- A TPbreaker item's who break all tp in yours range and break your opponent any 360° position in a certain range.

so, it's pretty much like a normal breaker- but it doesn't stun, or damage and applies to yourself and allies too?

THe temptation to use this for griefing would be high....

idea:
Teleport disruptor works smth like that: when a tank teleports in your x range (800 - 1300) it teleports to a random point in your 1000-1500 range instead where it teleports. This can also be a ward and placed in a point.

Was an ability idea reply for Althend's tank.
As an item , range: 900 is ok.
