Unban request of splash

a week have passed since ban of my Europe account "max_splash_go". Ban was requested by StrIchKot, to which I apologise for insults.

As you managed to get a second account banned during this period, you will have to wait until a week of the new ban has passed.

Otherwhise the ban would be totally senseless if you could switch the accounts every week.
