I have question... is there any command to host or player allows them to change the team side? Because we play a 5vs5 and suddenly 2 players leave game and still stay 5vs3 (its suck) but it is easy to make 4vs4 .. It's such a command?

No, there isn't.

It is also almost impossible to create such a command for this map. Battle Tanks relies heavily on slot information, almost every function/trigger/etc. use that information.
