The Artillery Shot of the Demolisher tank doesn't stun towers but I think it is intended to do so.
I will retest it and provide a replay if successful.
Here's the proof. Performed by me at minute 3:10 at the top lane. Tower doesn't get stunned.
btw, cluster rocket based abilities can never stun structures by default.

I dunno what you mean with cluster rocket, but the triple rocket ability of light tank and helicopter DO stun the towers.
it stuns most times for me but hes right sometimes it fails when you hit it clearly

I mean abilities like light tank aoe ability, heli bombs, antigrav plasma shots....
