Well if you have the money ypu can even buy a laser tower (2000 gp) and then bomb (3250 gp) what will cost 5250 gp. The only problem with this trick is the range I suppose. If you are lucky the enemys will come to the CP while destroying the tower. Otherwise its obvious that the bomb will not kill any enemys.
