[8.64] Change team name bug - TKF - 2009-09-25
Small bug:
Before the game starts (when joining hostbot games) you can use commands and change team name, but the problem here is that you can change the teamname before the game begins without it changes on the multiboard.

I'll fix this by allowing the command's usage as soon as the bot is done.
