[8.63b] Defensive Systems (Scout) - jman - 2009-09-16
I'm happy my request to change this skill was followed up (one can now use this skill while moving),
however
it now does absolutely nothing. :|
No replay from me is need, just jump in a game and test it out for yourself.

This is a known issue and has already been fixed in the next version.
