Why is this thread called "shuffle"? It's the balance function as described on league.btanks.net:

So: 1455+1469.65 are in one team and 1461+1465 are in the other one.
Now try to distribute the rest: 1644 in one of the teams and as he has a "very high" elo he'll get 1469.78+1470.
Exactly what the table shows.
