Excuse me for posting frequently. I just have a wish that btanks could attract more newbies playing it.
I don't think kick voting is a wise idea because noobs were afraid of playing it cause it get them insulted.But keep feeding frequently really frustrated teammates and is the biggest factor failing the team. So I suggest:
Is it possible to reduce the bonus for killing a feeder. For instance, if the feeder's bounty is the lowest and feeds the most frequency, then bonus for killing him may be 30% of his real bounty. The 2nd ranked worthlessness or feeder will be worth 40% of one's real bounty, ...
We really need to fix the voting kick system cause fewer ppl are willing to learn btanks recently, i have the feeling.

Battle Tanks supports AI controlled Bots.
If a player is having problems getting constantly kicked, perhaps that player should go practise some games with the AI - they do not kick, nor give insulting messages.
Pleyer bounties are already modified by their kills:deaths ratio - so yes, feeders already give less gold as a bounty when killed (and vice-versa too)
