Teleport Skill and Teleporter Item - ChronicStoned - 2009-02-05
The teleporter icon says:
Cooldown 50sec.
The tinkers teleport skill says:
Cooldown 40sec.
in .56 the items cooldown was lower than the tinkers skill.
so im wondering if this is a bug, or the cooldowns have been changed, but then exo has forgotten this in the changelog
maybe im just stupid and skipped it..

As I remember Tinker tp had a lower cooldown. Never tested but it felt like so. Gonna check this.

I didn't change the cooldown and the tooltip is correct.
