Troop Command Center - GooglyBoogly - 2009-01-23
If the owner of the troop Command Center leaves before he has set a waypoint it will be impossible for anyone to sumon reinforcements/bomb
(it cannot be repacked either)
This is due to only the owner of the factory being allowed to set a waypoint, it should be availiable to all players, or only the owner should be able to summon reinforcements - no point in having other players able to summon reinforcemnts, but not choose where they land.

additional bug concerning tcc:
i played a game where i had 3 facs spawn, 1 tcc aura up lvl3 i repacked the factories and the tcc to rebuild them closer to the enemy base
when i tried to rebuild the tcc it says "your team cannot have more than one tcc at the same time" (sth. like that)
but i played fungame 1on1 only tinker vs my brother so there was no other tcc in my team and my brothers tcc had been destroyed a few minutes before
i bought a new tcc but i was not able to build up the new one either >.<
