Tooltips say something like armour requirement 7. But you can buy it when you're on 4?
That's all, and i'm sure you're aware that -lai causes crashes now.

That's only with additional armor requirements, which in normal mode are not turned on. Unless it is turned on, these tanks which say (only additional requirements) require no armor to purchase.

sky fortress and above still need armor upgrades
look out for the in grey written text "Only with extended Armor Requirements"
