Just wondering if there was some sort of timeline or at least a teaser to when a future version might be coming out.

It was mentioned the next version would take some time, because of some new stuff.
That is why the b-version was released instead of 8.54.
As far as I know there is no timeline or anything like that.

Don't expect too much though. I'm really short on time, but I still try to somehow finish the next version.
