We are thinking about how many qualify games should be made (at least) before being allowed to play ranked games.

10 to 15 is okay. Most players will get better at 50+, not earlier.

I vote 20. So the players could take care more about their reputation to avoid getting banned, because remake a new account and come back to league becomes harder.

like oli says + the skill and gameknowledge would grow up a bit more with 20 as with 10 games, so the ranked games would have a higher quality.

I would say 15 or 20 games, 10 games isn't that much if you are a notorius player you make new accounts.

after some ranked games there are still guys who ask: "what should i buy next?" or "where is the shop for hull?"

In a first step i've changed it to 15 games. Let's see how it works out.
