[8.50] troop cmd graphic bug - k-bones - 2008-07-30
When I use Troop Command and click on an enemy's tank, his first item (i buy TC first for scout) looks like it's cooling down too. I don't remember seeing this after using power/speed/ulti pack.

Its a Warcraft bug, nothing we can do anything about.
