[8.47] new Scout ability - Siebn - 2008-06-16
i could learn the 3rd level of the "new" Scout ability at level 6. the 4th level at level 9. normaly you can learn a 3rd level abilities at level 7 and 4th at level 10. Is this a bug or is there a reason for this?

It's initial level should be at 1, not 0 like the old traders shadow walk bug.
The scout ability can be learned at lv1, lv3, lv6, lv9, lv12.
But it is fixed in 8.48!

Why is this the only spell we can do such a thing with... I want my Rocket level 2 at level 3 :p.
No, being honest, I though is was a bug too until I read this... Weird but I guess this adds some variety to the play style.

I'll fill in 1 more minor bug. When learning this skill, it replaces the tower slot when the tower skill is maxed. Learning skill art icon location.
