QWERTY vs AZERTY - superflux - 2008-04-06
Hi all!
I do not know if in Germany, your keybord is a QWERTY, but in France, keybord is in AZERTY.
So all keys for spells are not in the same place.
And sometimes it is a bit annoying to use spells xd
Indeed, with AZERTY:
Q=A
W=Z
But even with that I am a pro :p

Just in general: If you wanted to make your keyboard's layout German, American, or whatever else, couldn't you just use the Windows-option to change the layout to what you want it to be? The keys wouldn't be what the print says anymore, but if you knew what the other layout looks like, it could work ;-)

i can recommend to use blamestar's hotkey tool. it will solve every hotkey problem and has some nice additional features.

There is a much easier solution:
if you have azerty keyboard, press SHIFT+ALT together ingame and you keyboard layout automatically changes to qwerty layout. Then you can use the 4st keys for spells.
A little bit annoying when trying to type messages, but you get used to it or can switch back quiet fast...

i think its shift + alt, at least thats the shortcut on my pc.
