[8.41] Sky Tanks Flame Strike - TKF - 2008-03-28
I think this should have been discovered much earlier. This misinformation is older than 8.00 versions, even in the OS this seemed to be the same. Today I discovered this when I decided to see if the flame strike really does as the tooltip says. 1000 damage pr sec at level 5 is really much, but it does only half.
Well I'm pretty sure it does 50% of full damage for 9 seconds, as quarter damage doesn't apply either.
If it should be corrected according to tooltip ->
Double the full damage amount
Set hero duration to 2.51 (This is full damage duration)
