Exploder + Teleport Breaker = explosion anim bug

I'm not sure when this bug occured

As I completely forgot to report earlier, the explosion anim when relocating exploder seem to sometimes be visible there the exploder did tp on, but not there he was relocated and doing the real damage. This fools players and think it's a bug (its a BUG!). I don't know this is fixed in 8.36. This does happen when the exploder is killed with immediate effect as far I suspect. The dummies/effects should be relocated as well if that's possible. Perhaps there's a fix against this visual bug.

basically, the exploder's death animation plays out before it can be moved and the aoe damage activates.

if exploder is killed right after he teleports, the timing results as this: death animation (mushroom cloud), movement of exploder to breaker, then aoe damage trigger.

death animation should be delayed a bit, hm? .5 seconds or so- enough time for the trigger to teleport the exploder to the breaker.
