Factory capture bug - Batto - 2007-11-06
Last night i played a really long game 4v4 where 3 on each team left but we kept playing 1v1. At a sudden point in game, i was taking over the factory in the mid lane on my side (dark force) while my opponent went for the factory on the upper lane on his side. But when he got there, the countdown didnt start! He couldnt take over the cp! And there was no barricade whatsoever... Dont know what caused this bug and i havent seen it before either, but i thought i should let you know about this.
I will add the replay, but i wonder if its worth watching because it was a 2-3h game i think and the bug occured aroun 1.30-2h so you will have to wait a long time.

saw that bug too.
an enemy wanted to take over the light force cp at the right lane... 2 times the countdown didnt start for 3-5 seconds (then someone portet to there)

Does this bug occurs after there was a barricade? If so it's probably related to the new delay capture system which allows you capture the point with half speed. I dunno, but that is what I suspect.

I can imagine the you are playing a stupid game where your enemies captures all CP's and you can't take them back.

Why would i play a stupid game? It was my factory, he tried to capture it back and it didnt work. The capturing didnt start for him!

yes, as you mention it, i took the cp using a barricade. it was destroyed, but the cp couldnt be taken again by them.
