-nw or -noweather doesn't work anymore.

tried -nw -noweather and -weather
none of the 3 worked.

The AI in 8.28
Now the -nw mode in 8.29
hmmm let me guess the excuse, it has something with the -e command, right?
Just another excuse to look forward to next version. In the next version everyone wants -nw comd to work I guess, + couple of other changes as usual.

i hope its not like you said^^ we'll see
and it has more or less something to do with the effects, exodus added the -e command and changed the weather command, too, so that you could turn the weather on / off with just one command... i hope ive fixed that now
