Autoban based on Apm - Althend - 2011-04-19
What about banning players who played more than 15 games and have average apm lower than 30 ?
I am taking for example:

Can we consider that doing less than 30 clicks per minutes is really playing instead of saboting?
This guy will screw each games he played and win only because his team is stronger.
For sure, he would get a ban request on day, or be removed by the stay ratio. A ban based on apm would make shorter the "trial time" and save a lot of work.
(do you know people with such low apm playing seriously?) (and by seriously i mean playing the game, not playing with people nerves

I haven't checked all low apm players (a while ago) but i can confirm that they do predominantly have a worse k:d ratio and/or leaving (kick/dc/voluntarily) a game before end.
Internally i've already stated that it would be a far better criteria to filter noobs instead of a requested k/d ratio

85% stay ratio is also bad for player with a lot of dc.
Even if you are missing one arm, I think you click more than 40 times a minutes (and missing one arm would make you click even more than normal player)

I gotta agree with you Althend after checking the last games for apm.
I noticed that feeders who ended up leaving(being kicked) out of the game had an average apm under 40.

This time, 2 "fake afk" player in my team... look their apm. They did shit from start. At least make people with too low apm kickable... You can see them not moving during 2 0sec then moving again then doing break again then moving after a while...
They destroyed the whole balance and the pleisure of playing.
