[8.73] Medivac lose speed buff on CP porting - TKF - 2011-03-27

This bug is probably old, but I noticed when when I started to use CPTP, i used the speed boost skill right before the teleport occured, and for some reason the medivac didn't get the buff when I ported. I only experienced this once, but it's only a minor bug.
