while preparing for the next tournament we brought back some fun into pro game
if mapper or dev team member watches this you maybe get some ideas how to balance tanks that dont count as serious by many top players

+found a bug: if a tinker with no hull buys burst armor and gets hit by a torpedo he dies (before the protection can be activated)
